Rikin is a founder / Promoter Director of Concept Infoway Pvt. Ltd.He is the guiding force behind technological up-gradation & adoption. With over 11 years experience in IT field and varied technologies, he is seasoned software and networking professional with an international recognized certification like MCSE.

Rikin is responsible for business development and management with our overseas development partners. A blend of technical knowledge and marketing skills makes him known as a Techno commercial person. He also ensures that team Concept Infoway is up-to date with the cutting edge technology and technological competence.

Rikin has gained valuable progress, in marketing, strategic planning, and new business development, in the UK, EUROPE, USA & Australia. He is the person responsible for offshore development business that flows in from across globe.

Rikin is Bachelor of commerce and has done MCSE and also completed first level of RHSE [Red Hat system engineer] program.

Naresh Sanghvi
Director

Naresh is an entrepreneur with business acumen; he has rich experience of international marketing and handled customers in more than forty five countries for engineering product. Naresh handles fiscal aspects of the company.

Naresh is responsible for managing P&L and financial sections of the company. He is the person who ensures 100% stability in day to day financial / legal operations. Team Concept Infoway always gets a benefit from his rich experience of handling overseas clients and methodologies.

Naresh is Bachelor of Engineer and chairs a stainless steel fastener company named Raajratna Fasteners.[www.raajfasteners.com], The company which specialises in stainless steel fasteners, screws, bolts and wires and belongs to the Raajratna Group [www.raajratna.com] which has offices in INDIA, USA, UK, Italy and still expanding.

Mansi Shah
Chief Executive Officer

Mansi has been a founder employee of our company and an integral part of our company. She leads the Web Design and Development team and leads her role to make sure the visualisation and creative standard of our team is not only Up-to standards but is ahead of it and is future proof.

Mansi being the counterpart of Rikin, also shares the day to day responsibilities of company involving managing quality of work, overseas payments, and making sure the corporate environment is very pleasing and stress free.

Mansi is bachelor of commerce and did her Diploma course in web Designing and development from a USA affiliated academy.

Rujul shah
Vice President-Operations

Rujul has been a strong pillar of Concept Infoway since last 8 years, she is responsible for the business operations i.e. project management, client correspondence, project interaction and not to mention she is a very good analyst. With a vast experience of managing projects from various industries like call centre, Business process automation, Ecommerce applications, CRM solutions, MIS system, she is a rare blend of technology and client commitment.

With her experience dealing with clients from almost every part of world, she has mastered skills to understand client requirement, and to make sure we exceed them by providing our clients value for money and a future proof solution.

Rujul is MCA [Masters of computer applications].

Kalpesh Rampariya
Chief Technology Officer

Kalpesh Rampariya, he is the technical force behind entire organisation. He is the person who chooses technology, solution and make sure that our team is ready with the solution before it is demanded. Can’t imagine where we would stand with technology, upgrades and implementation without him. Kalpesh has a very good virtue of judging technology in terms of benefits to client VS a nice technology to have.

Kalpesh has mastered in computer application and is part of decision making in technical aspects of the company. He is the key person to monitor and audit the security & internet logs of the company and to implement solutions to benefit application development, load balancing and maximum utilisation of resources, may it be hardware, software, Programs or Connectivity.

Kushan Shah
Project Manager

Kushan has been with Concept Infoway since last 5 years. He joined the company as a Trainee, showed immense passion of learning, adapting and mastering new technologies and tools. He is now handling the Mobile Development Team. With over 5 years of experience in mobile app development starting from Symbian development in 2005, he has now the expertise on all mobile platforms including iOS, Android, BlackBerry and Windows Phone 7 & 7.5.

He strongly believes that the requirement of mobile solution is to achieve something specific. He had mastered his skills in understanding every client’s specific requirement and ensures that we are able to deliver a solution with an app which is crisp, clear, easy to understand and use, and which allows the user to access the information quickly.

Kushan has completed his in Bachelors of Engineering in Computers.

Snehal Shah
Business Dev. Manager

Snehal joined the organization in 2005 as a junior .net developer. During the course of over 5 years she not only mastered the technological platform but also learned how to deal with customers and accost their needs in the best possible way.

As a matter of fact, with her sound knowledge on various technologies, along with the complete understanding on various technological requirements of the clients; she has been responsible for managing all the business development related activities of the organization since past 2 years. She has always navigated the Project Management team with complete passion ensuring that the teams are able to deliver the solutions, which exactly matches the customers’ requirements.

Snehal has completed her Bachelors of Engineering in Computers.
